Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to project specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the relocation process.
Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any issues that may impact project delivery.
Technical Oversight: Ensure the successful migration of IT equipment , IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and meeting room equipment, with minimal downtime and disruption.
Meeting Room Equipment: Oversee the relocation and setup of meeting room equipment, including audio-visual systems, conferencing tools, and other related technologies to ensure they are fully operational post-relocation.
Post-Relocation Support: Oversee post-relocation activities, including troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring all systems are fully operational.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning and executing office relocations, including IT infrastructure and lab environments.
