--You will be a leader within the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team supporting our businesses and reporting to the Finance Sr Manager. The team is a group of highly motivated, strategic minded and dynamic individuals that support and manage the finance function for our growing businessesWhat will your typical day look like?As a Manager within the Finance Business Partner team, you will play a leadership role in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and analytical activities for our businesses. A key part of the role will be acting as a Business Partner to the business in enhancing financial performance with data-driven insights, developing financial frameworks/ processes to mitigate risks and providing thought leadership to innovate/ scale emerging businesses. You will also oversee periodic, quarterly, and year-end close activities to support management reporting. Furthermore, you will act as coach and mentor to junior staff on day-to-day tasks, streamline existing processes, enhance analytic capabilities to ensure the team are equipped to provide ongoing analytics and support to business leaders.About the teamReporting to the Senior Manager, FBP, this position is responsible for leading a team of finance professionals whom act in an advisory capacity to support the business to grow and invest. This role works directly with Managing Partners, Chief Operating Officers, and leadership teams of our businesses to drive the performance through business insights and in-depth, forward thinking analysis. The team also collaborates with other enabling areas to help achieve the business’s strategic aspirations.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with these required skills:

Experienced in the finance field, minimum of 4 years
A proven client focused business advisor with deep analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to build influential relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Strong business and finance acumen and demonstrated ability to draw insights from information and convey complex information in a straightforward manner
Experience in preparing and presenting insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities with minimal directions
Experienced in executing business planning and forecasting processes across a national business
Able to lead a team of professionals in day to day execution and forward-thinking client service business support in a large complex matrix environment
Management and leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and train members of our finance team into effective high performance team members

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
