- Advanced proficiency in learning platforms such as Fuse Universal, Degreed, Blackboard, and NetDimensions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot complex technical applications.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership in managing technology projects and vendor relationships.
- Experience applying AI technologies or analytics to improve learning outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Change management expertise and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia technology, human resources, organizational development, a related field or experience.
- Administer and support learning technology systems including Learning Experience Platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Provide technical and instructional support to users, including content creators and educators.
- Manage user access, ensure compliance with security standards, and document processes.
- Lead system upgrades, security patches, and penetration testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and learning teams to integrate technology into courses and programs.
- Strong knowledge of SSO implementation
- Promote adoption of digital learning tools through resource creation and user support.
- Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Consult on software development and manage vendor relationships.
