- Strategic and Formalized Field Sales Tools and Communication to support the National On Premise Seales team
- Building tools, capabilities, and programs to enable Sales execution.
- Sales plans, formal customer facing sales tools, commercialization & execution plans.
- Support and/or ownership of various sales tools & programs – Ie. Budget Management tool, Draught Equipment, Better Beer Program.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Calendar planning, Channel solutions, Marketing, Pricing, Partnerships, Procurement, Finance.
- Co-ownership of Draught Equipment & Better Beer Programs.
- Manage Relationship with Key Internal/External Partnerships and Emerging Growth Opportunities
- Ie: Industry partners, Suppliers, Commercial support agencies.
- Personal development opportunities
- Represent MCBC at various trade shows, industry events, activations.
- Special Projects, in-field opportunities, Peer mentorship, task forces.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in Field Sales, Sales/Brand activations, Field Sales support.
- Other valued technical assets:
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MCBC business applications (Beermate, BOBJ, Tablueau, Anaplan, MC Connect, Budget Management tools).
