This is a strategic, quota-carrying role for a proven enterprise sales executive who thrives on opening new doors, building executive relationships, and closing complex, transformational deals.You will act as the tip of the spear for UST’s growth in the Canadian market, hunting and landing major enterprise clients across industries. You bring an established network of CXO and senior executive relationships, a deep understanding of the digital services landscape, and the credibility to partner with C-suite leaders as a trusted strategic advisor.The Opportunity:
  • Leverage and expand an established network of CXO and senior executive contacts across industries to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate significant experience selling complex digital, product, platform, and enterprise transformation services including intelligent automation, AI, Global Competency Centers (GCC), cost optimization, and large-scale IT services engagements.
  • Proactively prospect, open doors, and build relationships with enterprise clients across the BFSI industry, driving new logo acquisition as the primary growth engine for UST Canada.
  • Own and manage a high-quality sales pipeline in partnership with a global sales operations team, ensuring consistent coverage and a disciplined approach to meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Act as the deal champion for large, multi-tower strategic pursuits, leading complex sales cycles for opportunities typically valued at $50M+ in total contract value (TCV).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating their business challenges into transformational solutions powered by digital, data, AI, and UST’s co-creation model.
  • Continuously scan the market to identify trends, white space, and competitive dynamics, turning insights into actionable go-to-market strategies and account plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, solution architects, and marketing to shape winning RFI/RFP responses, craft compelling value propositions, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Represent UST at key industry forums, conferences, and executive events, elevating the UST brand through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and high-level networking.
What you need:
  • A true hunter mindset — naturally curious, bold in approach, and energized by opening new doors and winning new logos in competitive markets.
  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in front-line, client-facing enterprise sales with a strong track record of landing and expanding complex, multi-service deals in digital transformation, IT services, or technology consulting.
  • Serves as the deal champion for large, complex, multi-year opportunities, driving the end-to-end sales process to secure strategic wins and deliver on assigned revenue goals and sales quotas
  • Deep passion for and understanding of the technology landscape with a domain-agnostic mindset, enabling meaningful conversations across industries and business functions.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, executive presence, storytelling ability, and executive presentation capabilities, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly articulate UST’s differentiated value.
  • Technology expertise and fluency in areas such as application management, AI, data and analytics, cloud, intelligent automation, and GCC models, enabling peer-level conversations with C-suite leaders and positioning as a credible strategic partner.
  • An existing, demonstrable network of CXO and senior executive relationships within target industries across the Canadian enterprise market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience structuring and negotiating complex multi-year, multi-million-dollar technology services contracts.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: CANADA (Preferably Toronto)Compensation Range: $188,000 to $235,000 $CANBenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.
