- Respond to customer inquiries
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions
- Investigate and resolve all vendor inquiries
- Coordinate account adjustments to reconcile accounts, as required – check all aspects of an account; contact customer if more information is required; process credit debit adjustments
- Backup to reception on holidays and during breaks
- Daily cash reconciliation backup
