- Maintain track accident and incident statistics, including safety violations
- Review safety documentation for accuracy and provide actionable feedback
- Inventory and monitor safety-related training for employees and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with required safety documentation and processes
- Notify management of issues that may impact safety or performance
- Support HSE Managers and collaborate with Human Resources as needed
- Uphold and promote all HSE rules, procedures, and policies
- Participate in on-site activities and planning to support safety initiatives
- Assist with audits, claims management, and injury files
- Prepare, coordinate, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with client materials and HSE pre-qualification submissions
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Maintain confidential department and project files
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Clear communication and the ability to support multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, safety-focused, and professional mindset
- Experience in construction or safety administration is an asset, but not required if you are a strong learner and highly motivated
