PASSION & COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A KEY DRIVER FOR OUR COMPANYDuties and Responsibilities:.· Merchandising of stock· To stock shelves, face all merchandise throughout the dairy and frozen area, reorganizing any displaced item/s and product labels, ensuring the full rotation of product;· To withdraw damaged and/or outdated product from the sales floor and separate them into designated areas in the back room;· To prepare a work summary for the Department Manager which details a piece count, stock invoices and any product discrepancies;· To ensure the back room, dairy cases, freezers and dairy selling floor are neat and organized by adhering to established health and safety regulations as per Company policy;· To perform other general duties, as assigned.The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:· Minimum of three year’s previous experience in the retail dairy/frozen food environment;· Ideal Candidate to possess a good working knowledge of dairy and frozen foods;· Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts, including weekends.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;How You’ll Succeed: ​
