
Transfer Pricing - Toronto - Senior Tax Staff

- Demonstrating a good understanding of economic, finance, and accounting principles and effectively applying such knowledge to client engagements, including the preparation of documentation, advanced pricing submissions, audit defence materials, and planning documents
- Delivering quality services and work products in a timely and responsive manner, including thoroughly and accurately analyzing factual and financial information to generate insights and arriving at logical conclusions
- Assisting with and overseeing the preparation of high quality, practical approaches to clients' situations
- Demonstrating versatility and adaptability to various management styles and different types of projects
- Presenting the results of your work to small groups of colleagues or client personnel
- Performing and reviewing industry, company and other research as needed
- Participating in and contributing to achieving team goals
- Delegating and overseeing work performed by onshore and offshore junior team members
- A post secondary degree in economics, accounting, finance, business or a related field, or a professional designation
- Two or more years relevant experience, ideally gained in a professional services firm
- Experience in transfer pricing is essential
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, professional services environment requiring multi-tasking and frequent collaboration with colleagues and clients
- The capacity to quickly understand fast-moving situations
- The ability to coach and guide to junior team members as well as effectively manage projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
