Summary:Reporting to the assembly department manager, the holder of this position will primarily be involved in the assembly phases of the company's products.About the position:Perform mechanical assembly of electromechanical systems and subsystems according to the company's plans and specifications.Participate in the continuous improvement of assembly methods.Work with microscopes and solvents.Use a PC and office programs to write non-conformity reports and work instructions.Comply with ISO and ESD control standards.Work effectively independently, in a team, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Perform any other related tasks.Specific conditions of the task:Some tasks may be performed in a clean room environment.Some flexibility in schedules is required to accommodate delivery deadlines.What you will bring:Completed high school diploma or equivalent.At least one (1) or two (2) years of relevant experience in the field of electromechanical assembly in the manufacturing sector.Excellent manual dexterity required.Be meticulous and attentive to detail.Able to read mechanical plans and specifications.Knowledge of ISO, IPC, and clean room standards is an asset.Good understanding of spoken and written French.
