DescriptionOur client in Mississauga Ontario is looking for an Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join their team!
This position features:
-Salary: $65,000/year-$75,000/year + month bonuses of up to $400/month based on team performance.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm-
Fully on site!
Employment Type: Full time permanent
Vacation: 3 weeks + 5 paid sick days + 10 unpaid personal emergency days

-3 to 5 years of inside sales or lead CSR experience for a manufacturing environment is a requirement
-Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication and active listening.
-Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients. -Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Working knowledge of various technology and software programs, including MS 365 tools.
-People-oriented with experience in selling, promoting, and making product recommendations.
-Ability to stay updated on current and new products and offerings.
-Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and quotas. -Knowledge of Garage Door/ Entry Door industry is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
-Track and respond to customer complaints and inquiries, if applicable.
-Build and maintain rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.
-Collect customer information for follow-ups and future interactions.
-Recommend products tailored to customer needs.
Sales Order Management: -Monitor and review variances on customer orders for accuracy, resolving issues promptly.
-Follow up on critical orders, sample orders, and key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
-Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while staying informed about product and service updates. Sales Support and Collaboration:
-Work closely with the sales team to address urgent customer needs and priorities. -Facilitate product launches, including managing and providing required customer information.
-Assist in achieving company quotas through proactive sales efforts and collaboration.
-Work directly with a specific account list to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Data Management and Reporting:
-Maintain and update customer information databases accurately.
-Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales activities. Process Optimization:
