As a Product Owner, you are responsible for maximizing the value of a strategic solution, in line with the company's vision and user needs. You act as a product leader, driving prioritization decisions, stakeholder alignment, and solution evolution in a transformational context. 1. Carry out the product vision and drive value
Define, refine, and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the product.
Create value by prioritizing backlog items based on their expected impact on the organization.
Align stakeholders around short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
2. Work in a dotted line with another team
Collaborate closely with an external partner team (or in another department) in a dotted line mode: coordination without a direct hierarchical relationship, but with a high level of interdependence.
Maintain fluid communication, facilitate cross-functional decision-making, and ensure product consistency.
3. Manage the evolution and migration of the solution
Oversee the functional and technical evolution of the existing solution to meet new needs.
Manage or co-manage the migration of the solution to a new environment or platform.
Ensure a smooth transition and limit the impact on users and operations. 4. Prepare for future support
