Ontario MarketOur client, a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Technical Service Specialist to join their team.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and performing training for various HVAC product lines and ownership of internal and external relationships with distributors and engineering personnel.
- General functions for the management and resolution of commercial service issues with channel partners. (contractors, distributors, engineers and end-users]
- Reviewing, testing and assisting in the process or warranty and product guidelines and testing of products.
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience
- Experience in a manufacturer setting
- ODP and Refrigeration license.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
