- Assists with all aspects of the district student program including full cycle recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, compensation research, student events and career fair participation.
- Supports the district learning and development processes.
- Assists with tracking and reporting for internal training.
- Assists with virtual and in class training set up.
- Supports district HRPD initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and health & wellness.
- Supports monthly metrics and reporting processes related to career management and vacation planning.
- Supports activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Additional project work based on the teams needs.
- Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources Major.
- Must be proactive in terms of anticipating needs and follow-up items for the project team.
- Expert in Microsoft office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
- Exhibits strict confidentiality with all information.
- Must be independent and resourceful to accomplish day- to-day tasks and assignments.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple aggressive deadlines.
