We’re looking for a Part-Time Accounts Coordinator to join our client’s team and provide support with account coordination, documentation, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, Excel-proficient, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with direct client interactions. Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $22/hour
  • Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible based on business needs with potential to move into full-time)
Position Summary:
  • Assist with daily accounts coordination, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting using Excel
  • Managing Social Media ads
  • Support processes by handling claims, documentation, and follow-ups with customers and vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data management)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
