- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, labeling, and shipping goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize inventory flow, space usage, and stock replenishment.
- Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards across the facility.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for timely, accurate shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Support reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain facility standards and ensure equipment functionality.
- Manage minor repairs and coordinate vendor maintenance.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to uphold performance standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency.
- Physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse equipment.
- Valid Reach Truck license preferred.
