- Manage photoshoots, photographers, and photography brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency
- Create and maintain all marketing and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Develop landing pages and forms, manage submissions, and optimize for conversions
- Edit and produce marketing videos to support campaigns
- Write, publish, and SEO-optimize blog content (1-2 posts weekly) to drive organic traffic
- Craft and edit copy for website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Plan, schedule, and post on social media while engaging with audiences and responding to comments
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Monitor performance and optimize budgets
- Track and report on campaign metrics
- Plan and manage events, including booth design, setup, and logistics
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for marketing needs
- Collaborate with green certification bodies and sustainability partners
- Scout events for company representation
- Prepare award submissions and apply for panels and speaking engagements
- Create renewal reports, end-of-year reports, and educational activity announcements
- Coordinate seasonal photoshoots with photographers across multiple project locations
- Design and send holiday cards to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare early-season content and campaign materials for upcoming installations
- Support planning for next year's marketing strategy and asset development
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- SEO knowledge and implementation experience
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Video editing skills
- Social media management experience
- Project management capabilities
- Vendor negotiation experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- $60,000 annual salary
