- Manage the documentation and technical content;
- Structure and organize all of technical content resources;
- Write clear and concise technical texts in English as the source text and leverage AI copilots such as Bing Chat to translate it into any required languages, starting with French.
- Plan and manage the creation, edition and evolution of all documentation;
- Build a documentation structure to ease the access for our customers;
- Work with the client-facing teams to build and improve our documentation;
- Liaise with Product Management, Development and Marketing teams about upcoming features and updates. Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand technical information;
- Prioritize documentation improvements and additions;
- Contribute to or lead strategic documentation initiatives;
- Actively seek technical content feedback from internal staff and customers;
- Measure the quality of our knowledge base and act on it;
- Ensure that the documentation is consistent with the company branding and technical documentation industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.;
- Participate in the labeling of fields and text on UX and UI mock-up to target the standardization of the naming and to make the platform consistent on all apps;
- Develop and validate all the texts required for any messaging on the platform;
- Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance documentation and address common user issues.

- You are good to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Native English-speaker/writer. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Technical Communication, or a related discipline;
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications, VoIP, Unified Communications and Collaboration, UCaaS industries preferred;
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent grammar and punctuation;
- Proficiency in using document creation and management tools;
- Familiarity with technical terminology, processes, and concepts;
- Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry-specific regulations and standards is an asset;
- Experience with version control and content management systems (CMS) is a plus;
- Graphic design skills for creating visual aids (e.g., diagrams, illustrations) can be an advantage;
- Adaptability to learn and use new tools and technologies as needed;
- Knowledge of programming languages and coding for software documentation is a plus;
