- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Perform destruction of cannabis samples in accordance with regulatory and SOP requirements.
- Organize and maintain the cannabis sample storage room, ensuring proper labeling and inventory control.
- Provide daily support to each lab station in locating and managing sample inventory.
- File, scan, organize, store and maintain documentation as well as other administrative responsibilities; Organize, prioritize, and deliver accurate Documentation requested by Investigator/ Lab manager/ Designee.
- Assist in planning and organizing excel sheet for Investigation.
- Perform stability trending for stability samples.
- Respond to client inquiries by providing information about the Investigation.
- Follow up on open and outstanding investigation to determine their status.
- Maintain investigation/Deviation records.
- Perform Archiving for the Investigation/Regular reports.
- Assist Investigator to find the raw data for the investigation purpose.
- Assist Investigator/Lab personnel to find samples for the sample room.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management Staff.
- Assist the BD and CSR team to provide update regarding the investigation and their status.
- Ensure ongoing communication with Investigator and Lab personnel to ensure awarded projects are ready to start and executed on time.
- Perform destruction of cannabis samples in accordance with regulatory and SOP requirements.
- Coordinate the schedule of awarded projects with the chemistry laboratory teams.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Support the training of new staff.
- Any other duties as delegated by the Department Head or designate.
- A degree in Chemistry or a diploma in a related scientific discipline (B.Sc.).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter and resourceful individual.
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Word and Excel.
- Willingness to work overtime during weekdays or weekends as requested by the Supervisor or Management staff.
- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently, while supporting a collaborative, team-based department;
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure;
- High level of professionalism, maturity, good judgment, and discretion when dealing in confidential matters;
- Exceptional computer skills with a high level of competence with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity.
- Demonstrate satisfactory work performance and attendance record;
- Willingness to learn with the ability to retain information quickly and apply knowledge to various scenarios.
- Degree or diploma in a science-related discipline.
