Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying client opportunities, conducting research, and preparing proposals that align with our expertise. You will coordinate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the effective development and submission of proposals.Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines will be critical. - You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
- Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
- Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset. Your language skills can foster connections and enhance understanding within our diverse team, contributing to our commitment to reconciliation and inclusivity.
- A post-secondary education in a field related to Administration or Project Coordination
- At least 1 year of post-graduate work experience demonstrating a track record of achievement and impact
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of economic development or a related field
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaborative platforms
- Experience on bidding sites such as Merx or Biddingo
