Facility Location- TorontoEmployee Type - Regular Employee FT SalariedAbout This OpportunityAs a Senior National Account Executive, you will be responsible for the development of direct sales strategies aimed at achieving and/or exceeding the predetermined sales objectives to support the growth of the company's business; sells products and services to a select group of large national accounts. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of retail sales, customer management (national in scope), revenue growth, P&L/financial acumen, contract negotiations and customer marketing; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects in our QSR pizza and Cinema channel.We are looking for people that have a passion for building relationships and will be proud to be a representative of our brands, are results driven and have national sales experience.This opportunity is for a 15 month replacement.Responsibilities
  • Manages and leads collaborative business planning with the strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs and drive brand sales.
  • Contacts/visits customers to review and identify strategic direction, problem areas and opportunities to promote product growth.
  • Develops Account Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, major actions, key support needed, and new product recommendations.
  • Develop relationships with all key decision makers, both internal and external.
  • Keeps abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and communicates appropriate activity in a timely manner.
  • Coca-Cola Freestyle experience is an asset.
  • Act as a system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s).
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs throughout the system.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional representatives to ensure that Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits/results.
  • Leads the stewardship routines with responsible distributors and partners that measures/communicates each partner's activities against mutually agreed upon plans.
  • Champions change through elimination of barriers and ongoing service issues to provide highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
  • The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
  • Relationship management experience with highly complex customers is required.
  • Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.
