Our client is seeking a Senior Underwriter, Commercial Mid-Market to join their growing underwriting team. This role focuses on mid-market Manufacturing & Services business, with an emphasis on delivering comprehensive package solutions across Property, Casualty, Automobile, Professional Liability, and Cyber coverages.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial underwriter who enjoys analyzing complex risks, building strong broker relationships, and crafting thoughtful underwriting solutions that support long-term profitability and partnership. The successful candidate will also play an important role in mentoring and developing less experienced underwriters within a collaborative team environment.The Employer

You are a technically strong commercial underwriter with experience handling mid-market risks and a relationship-driven approach to broker engagement. You are confident assessing exposures across multiple lines of business and making sound underwriting decisions in a fast-paced environment. You are also someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, coaching others, and contributing to a positive team culture.Necessary Qualifications Include
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience
- Strong experience in Property, Casualty, and Automobile underwriting
- Experience underwriting mid-market commercial risks
- Completed or actively pursuing a CIP designation
- Strong customer service and broker relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to coach and mentor junior team members
