  • Lead the content growth strategy from awareness through conversion, ensuring every asset ties back to measurable KPIs.
  • Integrate AIO, AEO, and GEO tactics to position Alexa Translations at the forefront of AI-driven search.
  • Drive audience and community growth through content, campaigns, and engagement programs that turn followers into advocates.
  • Produce and manage high-impact assets: blogs, white papers, webinars, case studies, e-books, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Collaborate with design, product, sales, and customer success to align messaging and amplify campaigns.
  • Ensure brand storytelling is consistent, strategic, and compelling across all channels.
  • Grow and activate thriving social communities by using proven engagement strategies, platform algorithms, and data-driven insights — not just posting content, but sparking conversations, building relationships, and turning followers into loyal advocates.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize based on data and user insights.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven track record of growth through content marketing and community building.
  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or industries like legal/financial services.
  • Expertise in SEO plus emerging AIO/AEO/GEO strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, paired with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns.
  • Strong project management and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing your best growth-driven content work.
