- Lead digital marketing projects across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring creative objectives are well-defined and executed on strategy, on time, and within budget
- Partner with creative teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders to guide digital communications efforts across a range of platforms
- Manage projects from scoping and planning through delivery, coordinating both engineering and creative teams through complex initiatives
- Communicate strategic direction and high-level concepts clearly to all levels of the organization, distilling business strategy and proposed solutions for project teams
- Own project execution: prioritizing deliverables, managing timelines, and refining processes in real-time based on project requirements
- Identify risks and dependencies across cross-functional plans, taking proactive steps to mitigate challenges and manage stakeholder expectations
- Develop marketing content strategies and oversee execution across multiple digital platforms and partner channels
- Collaborate effectively with producers, agency teams, creative, and development partners on an ongoing basis to drive project success
- Work independently and confidently with partners to provide insights and recommendations on interactive marketing strategies
- Present project updates and solutions independently to senior stakeholders, demonstrating clear thinking and confidence in recommendations
- Operate effectively under tight deadlines with the flexibility to accommodate changes and shifting priorities
- 4+ years of digital project management experience, with 2+ years demonstrably guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects-preferably with interactive agency or comparable brand experience
- Experience developing and managing digital communications across multiple channels and platforms (web, email, mobile, partner assets, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in digital communication platforms, technologies, and current industry advancements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across creative, technical, and business teams
- A proven can-do attitude and track record of delivering results and hitting milestones and deadlines under pressure
- Outstanding organizational skills with a passion for identifying efficiencies and streamlining processes
- The ability to thrive in a creative and dynamic environment-you embrace ambiguity and don't need extensive ramp-up time
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and the ability to organize information quickly and summarize it succinctly
- A solutions-oriented mindset and the confidence to recommend and stand behind the right approach
