- Minimum Grade 12 education. Culinary Diploma from a recognized college preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience in a senior living or hospitality setting.
- Red Seal Certification or equivalent international certification.
- Valid and current certifications for safe food handling and responsible alcohol serving.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling software, point of sale system and online ordering systems).
- Demonstrated leadership aligned with Verve Senior Living competencies.
- Resident-focused with values aligned to Verve Senior Living mission statement.
