- As the Site Superintendent, supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for ICI projects, ensuring subcontractors and tradespeople meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to adhere to ICI project specifications and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, address issues or delays promptly, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, material usage, and labour to support budgeting and reporting.
- Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, with a proven track record managing ICI projects and experience in new build hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices is preferred.
- Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
- Proficient with construction management software and tools.
- Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
