Now Hiring: Robotic Weld Technicians - Richmond Hill
Location: Richmond Hill (Hwy 404 & Hwy 7)
Pay Rate: $24 - $36/hour
Shifts:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (includes $1.00/hour shift premium)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time - Straight Shifts
Robotic Weld Technicians Position Overview:
As a Robotic Weld Technician, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining robotic welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive sector and hands-on experience with Panasonic robots.Key Robotic Weld Technicians Responsibilities:
  • Modify robotic weld programs to meet quality standards
  • Perform changeovers and upload new programs
  • Support first-off quality loops and approvals
  • Adjust and modify weld fixtures as needed
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on robotic and resistance weld cells
  • Respond to and resolve production breakdowns
  • Troubleshoot robots and weld controllers to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain safety protocols and equipment standards
Robotic Weld Technicians Qualifications:
  • Automotive manufacturing background
  • Experience working with Panasonic robotic welding systems
  • Certified Robotic Arc Welding (CRAW) certification - considered an asset
