Position Summary:As a Production Labourer in an automotive manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.Shift Schedule:Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm $20.60/hr + 4% Vacation Pay
Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm $21.10/hr + 4% Vacation Pay
Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am $21.60/hr + 4% Vacation PayLocation Details:Limited access to public transportation within St ThomasQualifications:-Using a forklift, tugger or reach truck to load, unload and move products and materials
- Pick orders, stocking, packing and unpacking goods
- Stocking, packing and unpacking goods
- Transporting and distributing material
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Valid forklift license from a forklift training center (counterbalance, raymond reach, narrow aisle, tugger, etc)
- Ability to handle heavy loads with good manual dexterity, attention to detail and hand eye co-ordination)-Manufacturing and/or Forklift experience is an asset
-Ability to stand for 8 hours, with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Completed high school diploma (or equivalency)
