- Coordinate and manage the filming of training content at retail locations, distribution facilities, and Home Office environments.
- Edit and produce digital learning content, including: training videos, eLearning modules, infographics, and supporting resource materials.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and SMEs to translate operational training needs into effective digital learning solutions aligned with the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload, test, and maintain digital training content within Farm Boy's LMS to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and functionality.
- Participate in project discussions and support Human Resources teams in testing and implementing digital, operational, and communication systems as required.
- Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives by developing digital materials for channels such as: in-app messaging, newsletters, posters, and other communications.
- Maintain organized digital assets and ensure consistency in branding and learning standards across all content.
- Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.
- A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Education, Media Production, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in training, learning and development, or digital content creation is considered an asset.
- High level of comfort with technology and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands on experience with digital learning tools such as Axonify (or similar LMS platforms), Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, Canva, Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid Labs, or similar platforms.
- Experience with graphic and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, Adobe Rush, or Adobe Captivate considered an asset.
- Strong graphic design, visual storytelling, and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of photography and basic audio and video recording techniques.
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative working style with a positive and solutions focused approach.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an environment that includes extended periods of sitting, repetitive tasks, frequent computer use, open office noise, and a flexible schedule that includes occasional travel between stores and regions with reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
