We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.Hatch is looking to engage a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our financial systems, with a focus on SAP modules. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business growth. You will report to the Senior Financial Systems Analyst.As a successful candidate, you will:
  • Provide ongoing support, address user inquiries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing on SAP financial system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between financial and other integrated systems
  • Work closely with end-users to understand pain points and provide effective solutions.
  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
  • Validate financial data within SAP, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP financial modules.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth system upgrades and migrations.
  • Participate in audits and assist in providing necessary documentation.
You bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3+ years' finance experience - Preferably in accounting
  • SAP experience favorable
  • Ability to problem solve and seek improvements
  • An attitude to take responsibility, work within a team and constantly improve
  • Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, and inquisitive nature with an openness to learn and be receptive to new information
