
Financial Analyst, FP&A & Strategic Modeling

- Design and own complex financial models across multiple revenue streams, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), new product launches, and multi-service packages.
- Develop, maintain, and scale Power BI dashboards and DAX-based data models to support dynamic forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Lead financial modeling efforts related to long-range planning, pricing strategies, and business cases for investments or product development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (BI, Product, Revenue Ops) to optimize and align source data for planning purposes.
- Assist in the automation of key reports and financial processes using RPA, Power Query, or other advanced tools.
- Train and mentor team members on financial modeling best practices and Power BI.
- Support monthly closes, revenue analysis, and variance explanations, as needed.
- Champion the potential implementation of a CPM platform, contributing technical and strategic recommendations based on current pain points and scaling needs.
- CPA designation required (a CFA may be a valuable addition but is not sufficient on its own for our needs).
- 5+ years of experience in advanced financial modeling, with extensive use of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated expertise building driver-based models and dashboards for executive use.
- Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Prior experience in the technology sector, ideally with SaaS and MRR business models.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial scenario analysis skills.
- Experience supporting or evaluating FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan) or CPM tools is a major asset.
