
Contracts Specialist

- Ensure comprehension and compliance with internal contract & deal governance processes.
- Process the contract as soon as the pricing is approved and Sales has provided the required customer information.
- Validate the contract, product schedule, and quote versus approvals.
- Identify deviations, errors, or omissions and help drive resolution.
- Collaborate with Legal for all contracts that need to be negotiated or requires custom clauses (provide them with copies of archived contracts as well as details of approved pricing, follow-up on current contracts).
- Help sales reps on their various requests.
- Inform, educate sales representatives about contract tools, documents, processes, pricing, etc.
- Support to the various sales and customer service teams on contracts, code eligibility, pricing, offers to corporate accounts, marketing offers... etc.
- Collaborate with Product Management for standard and on-demand pricing as well as the eligibility of 'soc' codes and discounts.
- Establish interlock and grow relationships with other teams (Product, Sales, Legal, Credit, SFDC, IT, etc.)
- Represent the contract team on special projects, conference calls, meeting for approval, suggestion, validation.
- Look for opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Tracking of inactive contracts in the tool with Sales and Credit.
- University, College, DEC in administration or the equivalent.
- Bilingual – English/French; written & spoken.
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in team.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ICM, Vision21, OPTIC, Rogers Corporate Pricing, Sales Force, DocuSign.
