Welder

• Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)

• Perform welding tasks using various welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
• Prepare materials by cutting, fitting, and aligning components
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

• Previous welding experience in a shop or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Welding certification (CWB or equivalent)
• Experience with fabrication or metalworking
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
