- Participate in customer projects as the technical referent of our solutions: in close collaboration with a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the proper technical framing of the project, technical setup of deployments, integrations, experimentation campaigns (including both client-side testing based on JS/CSS and server side / Feature experimentation & feature flagging based on SDKs)
- Provide technical solutions to our customers' problems, including analyzing and contributing to the debugging/diagnosis of the JavaScript code delivered by Kameleoon
- Train users with a technical background on the client side to become autonomous on the platform and in the use of Kameleoon APIs and SDKs
- Participate in Front-End development (mainly JavaScript and HTML/CSS + possibly NodeJS depending on the candidate's skills) on certain customer projects
- For candidates with Presales skills: demonstrating the technical architecture of our solutions in customer or presales meetings

- A first successful experience in IT, R&D or tech consulting team (ideally within a B2B SaaS company and/or working on web or digital marketing environment)
- You speak English fluently (native is a plus), both verbally and in writing
