Location: Vancouver Island or GVAOverview:
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and growing a $4M+ regional territory across either Vancouver Island (~25 accounts) or the Greater Vancouver Area (~60 accounts). This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strong account management, relationship development, and consistent in-person coverage of a well-established dealer network. This is a high-autonomy role suited for a self-directed sales professional who can operate independently, build trust quickly, and expand business within an existing client base while
identifying new opportunities.What you will be doing:
- Manage and grow a $4M+ territory through existing accounts and new business development
- Maintain consistent, in-person coverage across assigned territory (Island or GVA)
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, contractors, property managers, and key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Deliver product presentations and training (PK sessions) to drive awareness and sales
- Monitor and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing trends
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues professionally
- Execute territory plans independently with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Maintain required documentation (sales activity, expenses, reporting)
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in flooring, building materials, or related B2B distribution environment
- Proven success in territory sales or account management, Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships within a dealer or contractor network
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within territory
- Existing relationships within the local BC market (Island or GVA)
- Experience with property management or builder channels
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Experience managing large geographic territories
- Strong OTE inclusing Salary base, Car Allowance, Home Office Allowance, and commissions
