- Speak with potential customers with professionalism, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Prospecting new business opportunities through community engagement to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
- Presenting customized telecommunications products and services directly, demonstrating value, and addressing client concerns
- Conducting on-site consultations and needs assessments, identifying business challenges and aligning our telecom offerings with their operational goals
- Delivering live sales presentations and product demos to help customers visualize how our solutions can improve their operations
- Staying up to date on the latest telecom plans, technologies, and competitor offerings so you can confidently speak to value and overcome objections face-to-face
- Reporting regularly on sales activity and account updates, including meetings held, follow-ups, and outcomes of on-site visits
- Developing lasting, relationships with customers, built on integrity, consistent follow-up, and results they can see
- Collaborating closely with the Telecommunications Account Agent team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service and to maintain a high level of client care
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with direct customer contact
- A proactive mindset with a love for sales and customer service
- Familiarity with telecommunications products
