- Lead, develop and coach a team of professionals to elevate and advance capabilities to deliver high quality learning programs/processes, activities and experiences, ensuring consistency and operational excellence in how the team designs and execute solutions.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with our business partners, HRBPs and other COEs, providing both internal and external insights relating to the Learning and Development strategy and plans.
- Lead the evolution of the L&D strategy and plans by building and scaling an integrated suite of programs/activities that advance the required enterprise skills and capabilities of our people leaders and colleagues.
- Launch a strategic advisory practice for departments/groups to meet emerging department specific needs, including the development and distribution of a curated L&D repository of vendors and solutions.
- Ensure the effective design, content management and delivery of programs and sustainment activities, including:
- Analysis, measurement, reporting and monitoring of programs to demonstrate advancement of objectives and skills/capabilities.
- The creation of innovative career pathways, programs and learning communities that drive adoption.
- The deployment of a variety of digital and in-person learning that enables and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive execution and operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts of the learning and development function to optimize processes and resources and analyze/monitor results.
- Identify and incorporate leading practices for learning approaches, systems, tools, technology, and measurement that align with long-term strategic objectives of the function, department and organization.
- Integrate the Learning & Development function, activities and programs with existing and new talent management processes to enable and sustain a broader talent ecosystem.
- Have a demonstrated track record of success in leading, influencing, advising on, and executing a multi-year learning and development strategy, plan and change initiative in large scale global organizations
- Have successfully led, developed and managed a team of learning and development professionals
- Have comprehensive expertise in adult learning to drive strategies, innovative solutions and technologies and a proven track record of delivering results that drive behavioural change to enhance skills, behaviours and capabilities
- Possess a strong business and stakeholder orientation
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and change environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills to collaborate with colleagues and team within and outside of the organization to add value
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop relationships across all levels of the organization
