While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.Preferred Skills & ExperienceMust have extensive building and troubleshooting of Studio experienceCurrent Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various tools from simple to complex reports and experience with enterprise reporting toolsData Conversion or Workday Security expStrong understanding of HCM/ERP functional processesStrong knowledge and experience with the Workday security modelAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution designDesire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesPreferred SkillsExperience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionalityExperience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.Salary varies based on experience and participates in Huron’s performance-based incentive program.The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
