- Provide administrative and project support to the Employee Services team during the UKG implementation.
- Assist with data collection, validation, and preparation to support system migration and setup.
- Support and execute the Employee Services physical file digitization project, including scanning and organizing employee records, maintaining file inventories, uploading documents to Google Drive and/or the HCM system, cleaning and organizing physical file storage, and preparing files for secure shredding in accordance with company policies and privacy requirements.
- Coordinate with dealerships to gather required employee information, including travel to various locations across Southern Ontario
- Conduct outreach to employees via phone and email to collect and verify employee data.
- Support the digitization and organization of employee records, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer from physical and digital archives into the new system.
- Assist in auditing employee data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to system migration.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including COE leaders to support project deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking tools to monitor progress of data collection and implementation activities.
- Present a positive and professional image of the Employee Services department to all employees and stakeholders.
- Adhere to all applicable federal and provincial regulations and company policies.
- Exercise full discretion, privacy and confidentiality with information in an ethical and professional manner.
- Assumes other human resources administrative duties and/or special ad hoc projects as directed by senior leadership.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field in process. Must be registered in a HR Co-op program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Google applications, Sheets, and Team Drive.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while effectively managing competing and changing priorities.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to take initiative in the development and completion of assigned projects and duties.

- Comfortability working with a flexible schedule. This position is hybrid with between 3-5 days in the office each week depending on business needs.
