Job Description & ResponsibilitiesThe Facilities Management – Support & Maintenance professional will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth facility management. Responsibilities include:Operational Support: Execute daily operational tasks to maintain facility conditions and support smooth workplace functioning.Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.Maintenance: Perform light repairs, troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.Inventory Management: Assist in managing facilities’ furniture inventory and storage, including delivery and installation of small furniture items.General Support: Provide flexible coverage and step in as needed to assist the team.On-Call Support: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to handle facilities-related emergencies.Top Skills & QualificationsProven experience in facilities managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHands-on, practical skills with flexibility to adapt to changing needsProject DescriptionThis role provides operational support to the Facilities & Maintenance team, enabling core team members to focus on the rollout and integration of the new tech ecosystem project.
