The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. A supportive, team-oriented work environment with real career advancement potential within a rapidly growing national platformBusiness Development Representative ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts within the assigned GTA territory
Develop and execute a structured call plan, maintaining a full sales pipeline and performing regular business reviews with key accounts
Identify, target, and acquire new customer accounts across foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance, and janitorial supply sectors
Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, credit, and operations to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to support ongoing projects and client needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
Plan and manage territory activities including route planning and client visits to maximize efficiency and coverage
Support regional and national marketing initiatives and vendor programs as directedBusiness Development Representative QualificationsMinimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within distribution, packaging, foodservice, or facilities maintenance
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of building new business and developing client relationships from scratch
Strong organizational and planning skills with experience managing a CRM tool such as Salesforce
Above average verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience in packaging, JanSan, foodservice distribution, or a related industry considered a strong asset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
