This role will primarily leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Co-pilot Studio), with opportunities to explore additional AI tools. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strong business process acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment. This position will focus on our internal operations across our entire tech stack, working within the Office of the CIO that oversees our IT assets.What you'll be working on
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document workflows and identify high-value automation opportunities
  • Develop low-code/no-code solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Workday) by collaborating with the teams that maintain these platforms
  • Drive adoption and best practices across teams by evangelizing automation use cases and capabilities
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, and low-code platforms; continuously evaluate emerging tools
  • Document solutions, build reusability into designs, and support scalability across departments
What you bring to the role
  • 5+ years of experience working enterprise applications, including implementation, asset management, configuration, and support or equivalent
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Co-pilot Studio
  • Familiarity with enterprise system integration and API-based automation
  • Proven ability to assess and improve business processes with a strategic lens
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment where business and IT intersect
Certifications (preferred):
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-500: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
