- Develop comprehensive playbooks, templates, and standardized governance materials to facilitate uniform execution of IT domain roles and responsibilities spanning IT governance, IT issues management, IT risk reporting, and service level monitoring.
- Design organizational change management strategy and coordinate deployment activities across program partners, stakeholder groups, and business units to drive adoption and alignment
- Facilitate the definition and monitoring of domain maturity assessments and performance indicators, establishing measurement frameworks to track progress against expected outcomes and governance objectives
- Provide strategic support to the Executive Steering Group, translating program progress, risks, and recommendations into clear, actionable insights to inform senior leadership decision-making
- Recommend and communicate process and procedure standards aligned to enterprise requirements, enabling program partners to implement governance workflows with consistency and rigor
- Design service monitoring frameworks and measurement approaches that define expectations and accountability between service producers and consumers across the technology operating model
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the IT Risk Domain Governance program execution, adapting to evolving business environments, regulatory and operational risk standards revisions.
- University graduate or equivalent, Professional designations i.e. CRISC, CISSP, PMP
- Minimum of 4-6 years IT Risk Management experience demonstrating a strong foundation of risk and control management knowledge and industry experience across Information Technology (IT) domains
- Experience with large-scale organizational change management initiatives within the financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and executive communication visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Figma, or similar platforms)
- Proven ability to coordinate across distributed, multi-functional stakeholder groups and drive consensus among diverse organizational partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling narratives for executive-level audiences
- Strong analytical and program management capabilities, including experience with roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and change tracking
- Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, customer orientation and strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research and quantitative skills
- Big 4 IT risk consulting and/or audit experience
