• Writing Test Cases in Gherkin language and maintaining both functional and regression Test Cases in Zephyr Squad in JIRA.
• Getting Test cases reviewed internally within the QA team as well as reviewed by developers or product owners where applicable.
• Writing bug tickets with all the necessary information and root cause analysis.
• Highlighting blockers if you find any to the team with urgency
• Keeping on top of deployments of different applications and services across different environments and having the visibility of which tests to execute when and where
• Effectively prioritising tasks to support the release and sprint activities
• Estimating time and effort needed for testing during planning sessions
• Documentation of testing activities where necessary especially for any complex implementations and keeping any existing documentations up to date
• Both proactively and reactively keeping up with the communications
• Actively liaising with relevant developers to tackle any task.
