The Receptionist & Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This is a dynamic role that will also include events, providing administrative support to the President and coordinating calendars, boardrooms and meetings. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for a role to expand their administration skills and will offer a variety of daily responsibilities.About The Position
- Serve as the friendly face of the company at the reception desk, answering and directing calls and greeting visitors.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and scheduling interviews.
- Support company events, including setup, coordination, and follow-up.
- Help maintain office culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Turning over boardrooms after meetings
- Unloading dishwasher and organizing kitchen/snacks
- Formatting documents, memos, and reports
- Assisting with health and safety committee initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the President and CEO, including expense reports and calendar management.
- Additional duties as required.
- Demonstrate a “no task too big or small” attitude, contributing wherever needed
- 2+ years of experience in a Reception or Office Coordinator position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proactive problem solving abilities.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Prior experience with calendar and boardroom management.
- Annual salary range $58,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
