- Self-loading and operation of truck and transfer combination (training provided)
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment
- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Minimum of 2 years of trucking experience required; dump truck and pup experience preferred.
- Ability to cross the US border
- Clean-shaven (respirator compliance)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- First Aid & WHMIS considered an asset
