- Collect, review, and interpret loan onboarding documentation, including credit agreements, deal packages, and transaction documentation.
- Set up new loans and facilities in loan management systems and perform accuracy and completeness checks.
- Interpret and process loan lifecycle events in accordance with transaction documentation and internal procedures.
- Reconcile loan-related cash activity between accounts and the loan management system.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, escalating to external parties where required and supporting corrective action.
- Prepare and issue compliance, monitoring, and reporting outputs in line with transaction requirements.
- Perform and support waterfall calculations for structured credit and financing arrangements.
- Support treasury and cash movements arising from loan activity, waterfalls, and distribution events.
- Monitor client requests, ensuring timely execution and escalation in line with service standards.
- Work closely with internal TMF teams to deliver accurate, timely, and controlled client service.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior loan documentation experience is not required; the successful candidate is expected to actively engage with training and development resources.
- Experience with loan administration systems such as Sentry, Solvas, or LoanIQ is an advantage.
- Exposure to structured credit, compliance reporting, or treasury operations is beneficial
- Experience preparing NAV calculations.
