
HR Data Entry Clerk - 12 month contract

- Accurately enter and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and audit HR databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist with compiling reports and HR metrics as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and comply with data protection policies.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Previous experience in data entry, HR support, or administrative role.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Clear communication skills when interacting with HR team members or responding to information requests.
- Proven track record of high accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of accountability and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Experience with common HRIS platforms such as, SAP, ADP, Workday or BambooHR.
- Experience working in a corporate HR department or shared services environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas).
