- Use variety of methods to collect, organize and summarize customer feedback
- Conduct and participate in interviews and meetings with business stakeholders to collect, organize and summarize business feedback and ideas
- Prioritize feedback and ideas into themes, and work with IT stakeholders and other delivery partners to organize into a product roadmap with dates and impacts to business financial targets
- Create and share versions of the roadmap with key technology partners to communicate expectations and manage overall timelines
- Follow up on key deliverables that drive roadmap execution using project management and/or agile techniques as appropriate
- Understand technical roadblocks with assistance from IT stakeholders and participate in sessions to either resolve or identify alternative paths to solve
- Mediate conflicts on problems and solutions between IT and business, or different business teams to find compromises
- Use and/or understand other technology systems as appropriate to solve issues
- Work closely with key technology partners to ensure business problems are well understood and solutions will solve the underlying problem
- Identify and manage relationships with new technology providers and partners when more appropriate than existing tools and providers
- Manage releases, including planning and tracking metrics for success, communicating impacts to affected teams, and following up on any issues or key learnings, and summarizing results for executives
- 2+ years of experience with Ocado Smart Platform (OSP)
- 5+ years of product management experience in a large organization, including stakeholder and project management, agile development, and effective communication
- 2+ years of experience with analytic reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL
- 1+ years of experience in web and/or mobile analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with at least two of the following: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, Stibo Systems, OpenText
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers/contractors
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong active listening skills and empathy to understand customer and stakeholder needs, advocating for them throughout the process
- Strategic thinking to prioritize requests from various teams and identify overarching themes to build on prior successes
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to gain alignment on solutions and effectively communicate business results
- Knowledge of Grocery eCommerce and relevant technologies
