Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.Job SummaryAs a Summer Guest Services Agent at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, you play a key role in delivering a seamless, personalized and memorable mountain experience from arrival to departure. You are often the first and last interaction our guests have and you set the tone for their visit.The Role includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, requiring flexibility, professionalism and a strong understanding of daily operations. Guest Services agents are expected to:
  • Consistently deliver warm, authentic and knowledgeable service that reflects our Guest Obsessed culture
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of our POS system, products, promotions, policies and activity offerings
  • Stay informed on daily operational updates including weather, trail conditions, lift status, events and activity details
  • Confidently guide guests to ensure they are fully prepared for a safe and successful day on the mountain
  • Actively monitor lift access points and scan passes with attention and awareness to prevent misuse and fraudulent activity
  • Support guest flow and maintain a welcoming and organized environment

  • Experience in the ski/summer resort industry or a guest relations type atmosphere is an asset

Required Qualifications and Abilities
  • ·Must be eligible to work in Canada – can provide SIN documentation
  • Experience in the ski/summer resort industry or a guest relations type atmosphere is an asset
